Lydia is the Owner of Lydia Anderson Home Building + Design. Her primary focus is to collaborate with homeowners and investors throughout the entire process in order to provide exceptional builds and superior customer service. She strives to restore homes to their original style while updating with today’s modern amenities. Her goal is to maximize the investment with strong vendor negotiation, keeping original materials when possible, and efficient buying. Lydia is a mother of two fabulous young adults and has a beloved furry friend named Zac that is always by her side.

Lydia Anderson also provides interior design services that strive to create a lifestyle for the homeowners. She has a love for interior design, color and industry trends and has won multiple design awards throughout her career. 

Lydia has her EarthCraft certification in Georgia which is a blueprint for energy, water and efficient building practices. Previously, she owned her own marketing and design firm for eighteen years servicing Fortune 500 companies and formerly the International Director of Marketing at SPANX.
